Our Story How We Begin

Distillery resonates the prohibition era but with a hint of adventure and modernism, making the blacks even blacker, the fires smokier, the liquor stronger and the women prettier. The bar is all set to take you back to the golden ers of gramophones, cigars, and gangsters. A bar that never goes out of liquor and a dance floor that’s never out of RAD music, this place is the party hub for millennials. Borrowed from the styles and textures of the popular era and fusing them ‘to match today’s taste, Distillery is a handmade hybrid of the old and new. This one has the biggest terrace and is touted to be the largest bar in Gurgaon, located right at the entrance of the market.

Sat at their open air seating area on a beautiful February afternoon. We ordered the only beer on tap available (the lager), an LIIT(which we had to request to be beefed up), an non-veg apple, walnut salad (very nice) and pan seared fish (tasty). Decent service and the best part was the 50 percent off we got on our whole bill thanks to some promotion they were running. Will certainly be back.

Went on a winter afternoon, the place was filled with nice crowd. It has great ambience and loved the music too. Special appreciation of their mocktails which I got customised from the bar tender Nitin, must say he made the best fusion of cranberry and blueberry with cunin slush drink. Loved it overall! Absolutely amazing!!

Must try- Liquid Chocolate Muffin with Vanilla Ice cream, Paneer bhurji cigar rolls, Peri peri vegetable pizza! Best is their dessert which comes covered in a white cotton candy which is they burn with dark rum and inside is a dark chocolate muffin filled with chocolate and vanilla icecream, amazing presentation and taste, their menu is not that big or with much variety but their food is definitely good in taste, plus they have great discounts on weekdays, their pizza was really good to my surprise, and the cigar rolls were delectable, covered with a nice spicy masala at the tip and inside it had hot paneer bhurji filling.
